There was one sale in October. It was a second floor unit in Villa Firenze. It was unfurnished and the ales price was 650,000.

Land

There are 46 lots on the market, which is one more than September. There is one lot pending. The active listings range from $2,600,000 to $189,900. There was one closing on Lot 3 Palencia Court. The sales price was $250,000.
