Ruth’s Chris Steak House is coming to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina!  With construction almost completed, the high end steak house is scheduled to open in late February of this year.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House will anchor phase one of the planned Marina Village at Grande Dunes.  The Marina Village will be located along the Intracoastal Waterway next to the Grande Dunes Marina and Marina Inn at Grande Dunes.  It will offer a variety of luxurious shops, dining, entertainment, and more.

Here is an update for Grande Dunes active listings, pending sales, and sales during November 2007. This information was gathered using the Myrtle Beach MLS.

Single Family Homes

There are currently 104 active single family homes on the market in Grande Dunes. That number is up from 100 homes on the market in October. In addition to those 100 active on the market, there are four pending sales. Active homes range in price from $679,900 to $5,900,000, with an average of $1,783,535. There were no sales in November.

Condos

There are 73 condo units on the market, which is four more than last month. Again, for the second straight month there are no sales pending. The active condos range in price from $299,500 to $2,900,000 and an average of $984,378. There were no sales in November.

Land

There are 46 active lots on the market, which is exactly the same as October. The active listings range from $2,600,000 to $265,000. There were no closings in November and there are currently no pending land listings.

There are currently 100 active single family homes on the market in Grande Dunes. That number is less that the 106 homes on the market last month. In addition to those 100 active on the market, there are three pending sales. Active homes range in price from $659,900 to $5,900,000, with an average of $1,738,320. The last sale was September 29 for $1,200,000 in Calais.

Condos

There are 69 condo units on the market, which is three less than September. There are no sales pending. The active condos range in price from $299,500 to $2,850,000 and average $958,679. There was one sale in October. It was a second floor unit in Villa Firenze. It was unfurnished and the ales price was 650,000.

Land

There are 46 lots on the market, which is one more than September. There is one lot pending. The active listings range from $2,600,000 to $189,900. There was one closing on Lot 3 Palencia Court. The sales price was $250,000.
